I think it is available for holiday rental… if you need to ask the price, you are clearly not the right kind of person for it, though.

Oh, those villas all look so amazing! If I had any of them I would work exclusively from home!
I think they should offer them (for free) for retreats for writers, artists and other creative people who need to work from home…

Knowing professionals who have houses not quite like that but not dissimilar… you end up working so hard to maintain that standard of living, that you never get to see anything of your wonderful house… Cheap and cheerful is better, I say!
