It was a wonderful sunny, productive, inspirational and hard-working weekend at the Geneva Writers’ Conference. You can read all about it here.
For me it was a bittersweet moment, as at the next conference in 2018, I will no longer be in Geneva. However, I have vowed to myself that this will not be my last conference in this lovely environment and with these friendly, helpful and very generous group of people. I will come back for it from the UK!
Here are a few extra pictures from the event:

I am so glad that you enjoyed the conference so well, Marina Sofia. And it’s even better to hear that you aren’t going to stop attending, even if you’re not in that area any longer. Geography isn’t everything…
And next time I won’t be that busy at the bookshop and will have time to talk to everyone… But it was rewarding and fun nevertheless!
Pleased to hear that you had such a happy and rewarding time, Marina
And Michelle signed your book, it’s on its way!
Hurrah! So kind of both of you.
Glad to hear you had such a great time, MS! And I think you’re right to decide to make the trek in ’18.
With Easyjet it’s not that expensive to fly from London to Geneva, right?
But you have to be able to fold yourself up real small.
I see stalwart booksellers! Did you perchance purchase anything? š
I may have purchased one or two – or four or five… I’ll write another post about that!
AAARRGGHHH I’m so cross I didn’t make it… And I’d booked and all. Oh well, 2018 for me too. Glad you enjoyed it, Marina
