After libraries, bookshops are my second favourite place to spend time. So here’s a selection of bookshop Friday Funs that I’ve gathered over the years. And hope St. Nicholas has brought lots of oranges and chocolates in your boots this morning!

Some Romanian favourites https://findingtimetowrite.wordpress.com/2015/02/20/friday-fun-bookshops-in-romania/
Of course I spent quite a bit of time in bookshops in Lyon https://findingtimetowrite.wordpress.com/2015/03/27/friday-fun-bookshops-in-lyon/
I especially loved the second-hand bookshops in Lyon https://findingtimetowrite.wordpress.com/2016/07/20/city-of-books-lyon/
A booktown in Norway https://findingtimetowrite.wordpress.com/2014/12/19/friday-fun-booktown-in-norway/
Ah, bookshops! There’s just something magical about a bookshop, isn’t there, Marina Sofia? Those ‘photos remind me of one I used to go to that was located in a converted barn. Five floors of books to explore!
Sounds like a dream!
I do love the quirky ones – though I still shudder at the thought of books in boats….
I wonder if that floating bookshop on a barge in the UK is still in operation. I seem to recall hearing it was in financial problems….
I’ve been thinking i should do a post about my favourite book shops in Wales where I live.
