If (like me) you lack the money to buy a chateau large enough to house your entire book collection, there are some clever solutions for smaller spaces which I’m sure will work out slightly cheaper. Besides, don’t your books deserve all the love and attention you can given them?

Hmm… I do like to see my books so the first one’s not for me but I’m happy to have any of the others. I’ll just clear my mezzanine.
Very inventive! All my life I’ve craved a mezzanine but I don’t think I’ll ever have one. This one is quite lovely! Not so sure about a loo full of books though – to much risk from water…
Thank you for reminding me, I had bookshelves above and around the doors in my daughters’ bedrooms – I need to do them again in my new home.
My partner would love the loo one. Also ours is not nearly large enough.
Sorry, ‘also’ should be ‘alas’.
I hear you! Mine is tiny…
love it, especially the loo!
My goodness, these are wonderful, Marina Sofia! So creative! I give full marks to the bathroom solution for creativity! But my choice would be the home office solution. I suppose it’s because I spend so much time in my own home office. They’re all fantastic, though.
Such fun, really worth keeping!
No. 3. No, no and thrice no!
